Returns Policy

Change of mind:

Pitjau Australia complies with Australian Consumer Law:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, if you are less than ecstatic with your Pitjau equipment, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within one month of purchase (upon proof of purchase). When the goods are received we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment, not including return shipping expense.
