Shipping policy

Shipping Carrier

All orders placed on our website are shipped with Australia Post or Startrack.

Bulk orders are usually shipped with Startrack.

We ship orders to all Australian States and Territories. Please contact us via the contact details below if you would like to receive an order outside of Australia. 

 

Order Processing

If your order was successfully placed on our website before 5am AEST then your order will be shipped out on the same day. 

If your order was successfully placed on our website after 5am AEST you order will be shipped the next business day after your order was placed. 

Orders placed on our website are typically shipped from our warehouse in NSW. 

 

Shipping Options and Estimates

Orders over $90 will receive free standard shipping with Australia Post. 

Orders under $90 will incur a $10 shipping charge and receive standard shipping with Australia Post. 

An order of any value can be sent via express shipping for a flat fee of $12.95. Orders placed with express shipping are sent with Australia Post's Express Post service.

Please note that shipping delays may be experienced during peak times like Christmas and in the case of circumstances outside of our control such as COVID-19. As these are external factors that impact our third-party carrier these are forces beyond our control. When Australia Post is experiencing delays they will notify customers on their website. 

You may be entitled to receive a refund of your shipping charge if:

- You placed an order with express shipping and;

- paid the additional $12.95 fee and;

- your order was not despatched the next business day nor did it arrive within the timeframe we had provided and;

- Australia Post had not advised of any delays or interruptions to their service.

If you would like to discuss a refund of your express shipping payment please get in touch with us within 7 days of when your order was received or 14 days of when your order was placed (whichever is longer). 

 

Order and Shipping Notifications

Once you place your order you will be notified by email that you order was successful. 

When you order is shipped you will be notified by email. This email will include a tracking number which you can click to track the progress of your delivery. 

To receive notifications to your phone click on 'View Your Order' and will be taken to a summary of your order. You can then select 'Track with Shop' and add in your phone number. You will be sent a text message with a link to download the Shop app which will track your order and send you notifications. 

 

Order and Shipping Questions

If you notice any errors in your order please notify us immediately so that we can attempt to correct any errors. 

If your order was placed after 7am AEST then it is possible for us to make changes before the order is shipped out the next business day. If you would like us to make any changes to your order please contact us before the close of business on the day you placed the order. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot make any changes to the order.

If you don't receive notifications via email please contact us immediately as it may be that your email address was added incorrectly.
